At Sandhills we’ve tailored our studio to perfectly meet the technical needs of a modern producer. Our aim has also been to eliminate the traditional obstacles between the studio and the performer.

Our recording areas are fitted with microphone, line and line speaker level tielines, and the Hearback headphone system makes complex fold-back mixes easy by giving control directly to the artist.

The control room features accurate monitoring from PMC and Yamaha, and our SSL 4000E has been lovingly restored for outstanding punch, clarity and reliability.

The mouth-watering collection of vintage and rare backline is maintained to a high standard and combined with our 1000 sq/ft live room, Sandhills becomes the perfect band tracking studio.
